1.) The concrete is repaired and cleaned to accept the Duraflek System.
2.) Part A and part B of the binder coat are mixed and then rolled
onto the concrete at a coverage rate of about 80sq. ft. per gallon.
3.) Using a dispensing gun an even coat of the poly-vinyl color chips
is applied.
4.) After a minimum of 8 hours curing time it is lightly sanded and two
coats of sealer are applied.
5.) Foot traffic can resume 10 - 12 hours after the final coat of sealer
has been applied.
